How is technical support provided in this plan?
Under the Standard Plan the support is handled through a ticketing system available during business hours. All incidents, critical or not, are handled during standard business hours, which are Monday through Friday, aligned with the support team’s local working hours, following an 8×5 support model (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
What types of issues are covered?
The STANDARD plan is ideal for day-to-day operational issues. If you require immediate assistance during a system outage, the ADVANCED plan would be a better fit.
Can I get support by phone or live chat?
No. Support for this plan is provided exclusively through tickets. Phone access is only available in the ADVANCED plan for critical system failures.
Does this plan include updates and documentation?
Yes. The STANDARD plan includes regular software updates and access to full technical documentation.
