Hi,

I download, install and configured skudonet community edition, and after, i bought the Subscription Plan.

Is it necessary to migrate from one version to the other one? I think both of them are almost the same, but there are little differences, right? Is there any guide for doing that migration?

Thanks!

Good day,

You can not convert a Community Edition to Enterprise Edition. It is necessary to install the SVA10000 Virtual Appliance.

Then, you can try to do a backup in Community Edition and import it into Enterprise Edition.

As a note, all the questions about Enterprise Edition should be managed via Enterprise support channels.
