Do I need to manage any infrastructure or updates?
No. SkudoCloud is a fully managed service. We handle infrastructure, updates, patching, and availability — so you can focus entirely on your applications.
Can I deploy multiple instances?
Yes. You can deploy multiple SkudoCloud instances to support different applications or environments, and manage them independently from your account dashboard.
Is a credit card required to activate the Free Month Plan?
Yes. A valid credit card is required to activate your Free Month Plan. You won’t be charged during the first month.
What happens if I delete my instance before the end of the month?
If you destroy your SkudoCloud instance before the billing cycle ends, the unused portion of your prepaid service will be refunded automatically.
Can I change or remove my payment method?
Yes. You can update or remove your card details from your account settings at any time. If a payment fails, you’ll be notified and can add a new method to avoid service disruption.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged automatically each month on the anniversary of your plan activation date — not on a fixed calendar day.
How am I billed?
Your subscription is billed monthly from the day you activate your plan. You’ll pay in advance for the upcoming month.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Virtual or prepaid cards may not be supported in some regions for security reasons.
What happens if I delete my instance before the end of the month?
If you cancel your SkudoCloud instance before your monthly cycle ends, the unused portion of your subscription is automatically refunded. Bandwidth consumption, however, is billed at the end of the cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan after the free month?
You can’t change an active plan during your subscription period, but you can deploy a new plan and terminate the current one before renewal. This allows you to switch configurations or adjust resources as needed.
