Do I need to manage any infrastructure or updates?
No. SkudoCloud is a fully managed service. We handle infrastructure, updates, patching, and availability — so you can focus entirely on your applications.
How is billing handled?
Plan fees are prepaid at the beginning of each month, and invoices are generated and charged on the 1st of each month.
Is there any commitment or long-term contract?
No. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
How is data traffic handled?
Each plan includes a specific amount of memory, vCPUs, storage, and bandwidth. You can choose the plan that best fits the volume of traffic and performance your applications require.
What happens if I delete my instance before the end of the month?
If you destroy your SkudoCloud instance before the billing cycle ends, the unused portion of your prepaid service will be refunded automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Not directly. If you need to change your plan, you can create a new instance under a different plan and delete the current one. The unused portion of your current subscription will be refunded, and the new plan will start a fresh billing cycle.
